FIRST EVER CHOCOLATE ACTS OF KINDNESS ADVENT CALENDAR!

We’ve been overwhelmed by number of people who have done the incredible act of kindness of writing a Christmas card to someone who is lonely over the past few years.

Inspired by you fantastic folk, we want to encourage even more acts of kindness across our fair city.

So we’re launching what we think is the WORLD’S FIRST EVER chocolate acts of kindness advent calendar! Yay!

It’s designed by our volunteer Luisa and professionally made with Cadbury’s chocolate. Behind each door is a sweet treat and a suggested act of kindness for you to do that day!

The acts of kindness are sourced from our VIPs (lonely over 60s), volunteers and supporters. Plus they include everything from saying hello to a neighbour to donating to local charity shops!

Because kindness isn’t about money, we’ve decided to give these fantastic calendars away instead of selling them.

To enter simply go on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and pledge an act of kindness you want to do in 2020. AND include the hashtag #VVKindnessClub (if you can, tag us too!)

Closing date is Friday 22nd November and then we’ll be selecting our 50 favourites to receive an exclusively designed advent calendar and Christmas card pack!
