Egg-cellent Easter Celebrations at Vintage Vibes!

It’s Easter! We have had a great time this year with our VIPs at the Easter Afternoon Tea Event, and admiring all the incredible cards we received for our Easter card campaign.

Our events are always a huge hit with the VIPs, and this year was no different, with joyful smiles for miles seen last Thursday. We were absolutely delighted with the turnout!

Held at one of our parent charities, LifeCare, we had over 80 members of our community coming together for cakes, Easter eggs, quizzes, songs and even a cheeky 0% alcohol g&t or two!

Alongside singing, games, and tasty treats, our VIPs also received Easter cards written by wonderful younger members of Edinburgh’s community.

We loved the creativity and bright happy colours that we saw in the cards from Corstorphine, Juniper Green, Stenhouse, and Longstone Primary Schools. Each card was unique, and our VIPs had big smiles on their faces when they saw them.

The Pentland Thursday Beavers, Centre of English Studies, and Space Youth Group also sent us some amazing and artistic cards. We thoroughly enjoyed looking through all the bright and cheerful cards, and warm messages contained inside.
